Lemon Cakes Body Butter Whip

Sweet, sharp, and a little tart, lemon cakes are a tasty treat perhaps best served with some powdered sugar and berries. They represent Summer desserts in the brightest light, smelling of sweet lemon zest and cheat days. 

Let everyday be a cheat day with our Lemon Cakes body butter whip. This yummy body butter has fragrance notes of fresh lemon, angel food cake, and vanilla.

Our Body Butter Whips are made with shea, mango, and cocoa butters, along with coconut and sweet almond oil, then whipped to perfection for the lightest, dreamiest consistency that will leave your skin feeling nourished, moisturized, and pampered as ever.

Our body butters are made without artificial preservatives, so for best results, we suggest using your new favorite skin care treat within 6 months of purchase (though you’ll go through them much quicker)

**IMPORTANT**
During the warm months, your body butter whips may be subject to increased temperatures during transit, possibly softening or melting the product. We ship all of our body butters out with biodegradable, non-toxic ice packs to combat this, but we can not guarantee this won’t happen! If your body butter whip is melted, place in the refrigerator before use to harden and avoid a mess.

If the butter looks deflated, or that there’s less in the jar, this is because the air pockets that were created during whipping (the ones that make it super fluffy) have escaped during melting and its volume has decreased. There is the same amount of butter in the jar ! This melting in no way affects the integrity of the butters, but if you would like, you can always whip your butters back up. Just scoop the contents out and place in the fridge (in a sanitized, clean bowl and cover) and whip after they’re nice and cold. It is important that you use a CLEAN workspace and tools, since we don’t use artificial preservatives in our products.

Butters that are allowed to come to room temperature slowly after melting may feel “grainy” once they cool, so please place in the fridge right away. If this does happen, you can gently re-melt your butters over indirect heat, and place in the fridge or freezer to flash-cool before whipping. Voilà !
