Disclaimer – Our products may lose scent and color over time, due to the nature of cold-process soap making and using natural colorants. This in no way affects the quality of the bar. You will still get clean and your skin will still thank you! We recommend using your soap within 6 months for best results. Please note that all of our natural soap is hand cut, so design, weight, and shape may vary.

Shipping  – As we are a small business, unfortunately we can not offer the same rates as the big name retailers. We do however look through all avenues to find the most fairly priced shipping rates!

Cancellation – We do accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been shipped. To do so, email contact@cheeksb.com and we will be happy to assist. We can not cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Packaging – Cold-process soap is best stored in cool, dry areas. Your product is in the hands of postal couriers, which may subject your order to transit and weather conditions which may not be optimal for your items! Be sure to remove them from the elements and into a cool, dry, and well ventilated area when you receive them.

Damages – If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send a picture and description of the damage to contact@cheeksb.com within 3 days of delivery and we will happily refund or replace your item free of charge.

Wrong address on order – If you enter the wrong address when checking out, please email contact@cheeksb.com right away and, provided the order has not already been shipped, we are happy to assist in making any corrections. If an order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to make any further changes. To avoid this we recommend creating a free account where you can enter your shipping and contact information prior to ordering, to ensure your package is sent to the right place. This will also make future orders a breeze!

Returns – For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. Once it’s shipped, it’s shipped!

Refunds –  Refunds will be determined individually. We can not offer a refund for any personal dislike of design, scent, or texture. We do our best to describe each product accurately, however each individual’s “taste” is different.
